At GirKan Ghee, we take great pride in the purity and quality of our traditional Bilona Ghee. Because ghee is an edible food product, opened or unsealed jars cannot be returned for routine change-of-mind reasons due to health, hygiene, and food safety standards.

However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, we provide a prompt and hassle-free return or free replacement.

1. Eligible Circumstances for Replacement or Return

We will gladly process a free replacement or refund in the following cases:

• Transit Damage or Leakage: The glass jar is cracked, broken, or leaking upon arrival.
• Wrong Product Received: The product variant or jar size delivered does not match your invoice.
• Quantity Mismatch: Items missing from your parcel.
• Quality or Expiry Concerns: Product delivered past its printed expiry date or with a defective seal.

2. Reporting Timeframe & Evidence Required

• Reporting Window: Any transit damage, leakage, or incorrect item must be reported within 48 Hours from delivery of delivery.
• Photos & Unboxing Video: Please record an unboxing video or take clear photographs of the outer package label and the damaged jar when opening your parcel. This helps us resolve claims quickly with our courier partners.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Issues reported after the 48 Hours from delivery timeframe.
• Products that have been opened or consumed where no defect exists.
• Change of mind or personal taste preferences (traditional small-batch ghee possesses natural seasonal variations in graininess and aroma).
• Damage caused due to improper domestic storage (such as exposure to moisture or extreme heat).

4. How to Request a Replacement

To request a return or free replacement:

1. Contact us within 48 Hours from delivery at support@girkanghee.com or WhatsApp +91 97722 57777.
2. Share your Order Number, description of the issue, and photos/unboxing video.
3. Our team will verify your request and dispatch a free replacement jar or initiate a refund.
