At GirKan Ghee, we aim to dispatch fresh orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel an order, please review our cancellation guidelines below.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled within 2 Hours after order placement or before order dispatch or until the shipment has been picked up by our courier partner.
2. Cancellation Before Dispatch
- If you request a cancellation before your parcel is handed over to the courier, your order will be cancelled immediately.
- Prepaid Orders: 100% of your payment (including product cost and shipping charges) will be refunded to your original payment method within 5 - 7 Working Days.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: The order will be cancelled with no fee.
3. Cancellation After Dispatch
Once a package has been dispatched and assigned a tracking code, automated online cancellation is no longer available. You may refuse delivery when the courier partner arrives at your address. For prepaid orders refused at delivery, a refund will be processed minus forward and return shipping logistics costs once the parcel returns to our warehouse.
4. Cancellation by GirKan Ghee
We reserve the right to cancel orders prior to dispatch in case of unforeseen stock depletion, delivery pincode unserviceability, incomplete address details, or payment gateway fraud flags. In all such cases, 100% of any prepaid amount will be refunded immediately.
5. How to Cancel Your Order
To submit a cancellation request before dispatch:
- Log into your account and select Cancel Order under your recent Orders.
