Refund Policy

At GirKan Ghee, we are committed to providing a clear and transparent refund process whenever an order is cancelled, unfulfilled, or returned due to transit damage.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are initiated under the following circumstances:

• Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Orders cancelled prior to courier dispatch.
• Merchant Cancellation: Orders cancelled by us due to pincode unserviceability or stock unavailability.
• Damaged or Leaking Product: Orders approved for return/refund due to verified transit damage or wrong item delivery.
• Payment Errors: Duplicate payments or failed transactions where funds were debited from your bank account.

2. Refund Timelines & Methods

Once your refund request is approved, the payment is processed back to your account within 5 - 7 Working Days:

• UPI & Wallet Payments: Credited to original UPI ID within 24 to 48 hours.
• Credit & Debit Cards: Credited to issuing card account within 5 to 7 working days.
• Net Banking: Credited to original bank account within 3 to 5 working days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via UPI or direct NEFT bank transfer upon receiving your account details.

3. Shipping Charge Refunds

If an entire order is cancelled before dispatch or returned due to transit damage or wrong item delivery, 100% of the invoice amount (including shipping charges) will be refunded. If only a partial item from a multi-item shipment is refunded, original shipping fees are non-refundable.
