1. General Terms

By placing an order on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products & Natural Characteristics

We craft pure A2 Gir Cow Ghee using traditional Vedic Bilona methods. Because our ghee is handcrafted in authentic batches, natural variations in aroma, color, or graininess (danedar texture) may occur depending on seasonal fodder. These variations are a natural hallmark of unadulterated traditional ghee.

3. Pricing & Offers

All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). We reserve the right to modify prices or promotional discounts at any time without prior notice. Promotional coupon codes must be applied before order placement and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery unserviceability. If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment account.

5. Payment Terms

We accept online payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. Payment processing is managed by licensed payment gateways. You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information during checkout.
